Privacy

What we collect

Your account: your email address, your name if you give one, a hashed password, and your plan and its status.

Your files: the files you upload, with their names, sizes, types, folders, and whether each is public or private. We also keep your starred and trashed files, and the API keys you create, stored only as hashes.

Share links: the links you create, which file each one opens, and when it was created.

Security: the network address of sign-up and password reset requests, used only to limit abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to store your files, serve them to you and to the people you share them with, sign you in, and run your plan. Public files and share links can be opened by anyone who has the link, until you make the file private or revoke the link.

Payments are handled by Flutterwave, and we never see or store card details. Account emails, such as password resets, are sent through our email provider, Resend. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Analytics

With your consent, we collect information about how you use our websites and apps, including technical information about your device. We may combine this information across our services. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie and analytics settings.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your account in Settings removes your account, your files and your share links. If anything remains afterwards, email us and we will remove it. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
